Various threads are looking for things to do over Columbus Day weekend, besides looking at foliage. Last night I went to see ';On Golden Pond'; at the Good Theater in Portland (on Munjoy Hill). This is an outstanding production! It is still playing next weekend and I believe it has a Sunday matinee.
The theater is small and has no bad seats. The chairs are placed stadium style, so no one%26#39;s head is directly affecting your view.
The two leads have numerous theater and television credits on their resumes, and as a nice plus are actually married to each other. Their love for each other carried over to their performances, adding to the quality of this production.
