Dog Friendly Thanksgiving Trip

Hi - We%26#39;re looking to take a nice trip over Thanksgiving (2 or 3 nights) to a place that accepts dogs. (we have only 1)

We%26#39;re pretty open to anywhere. I%26#39;ve heard of some B%26amp;B%26#39;s having a full Thanksgiving dinner %26amp; a place like this would be extra special.

Any suggestions? We%26#39;re open to more than just a B%26amp;B.... motel/hotels are fine - but anyone with a good recommendation would be appreciated. Like I said, anywhere from mid to southern maine would be nice (w/in 3 1/2 to 4 hrs max from Portland probably)

Thanks!

(ps - somewhat reasonable rates too, we%26#39;re not going to be taking a $200+ a night trip!)

Thanks Cozy - I have used that site before. :) I will look through it again.

Also still looking for any specific recommendations though too! :) Thanks y%26#39;all!

The Canterbury Cottage in Bar Harbor accepts dogs in one of their rooms and is open year round. You%26#39;ll have to check their website to see if they will be open for Thanksgiving.

The Inn by the Sea in Cape Elizabeth is dog friendly and has a nice restaurant with beach and ocean views.

Check out Ogunquit area. And the Gazebo Inn there is sensational! And takes dogs. I think they may be full already this year for Thanksgiving but the website is www.gazeboinnogt.com
